Terms and Conditions for OneTravel Coupons
  1. Coupon Validity: Coupons are valid for limited time only; each Coupon can be redeemed during the payment process on qualified bookings. You must use the coupon code upon check out to avail this offer. Coupon Value cannot be Encashed or will not be returned, honored or replaced, even in the event that the reservation is canceled. If travel dates are changed after the use of Coupon, then the Coupon will not apply to the changed travel schedule. Coupon is valid only for qualifying purchases made with OneTravel. A qualifying purchase means the purchase of an airline ticket with OneTravel (airline tickets only).
  2. Coupon Redemption: The Travel Coupon may be redeemed only upon completion of a qualified purchase with OneTravel, as stated herein.
  3. Coupon Use: Value of Coupon will only be applied towards our Transaction service fee, the discount varies based on the transaction Service fee charged for that ticket. Discount value will be up to the amount of the service fees charged for that transaction OR the coupon value per transaction which ever is less.(In the event that the total applicable OneTravel service fee is less then the value of the issued Coupon the discount applied shall equal the amount of the OneTravel service fee; for example, if the total OneTravel service fee is USD$10.00, the applicable Coupon discount amount equals USD$10.00. Any difference between the face value of the Coupon and the applied discount amount, as described herein, shall be subject to forfeiture and in no event shall any refunds be made for any unused portion of a Coupon. Coupons may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash whatsoever. Coupons may not be combined with other coupons, promotions or special offers (excludes Instant Discount). OneTravel strictly prohibits the posting of any and all Coupons on the Internet or any other public forum, and/or forwarding Coupons to any third party or other person. At any time, Coupons can not be sold and/or bartered before or after expiration and in no event shall expired Coupons be honored by OneTravel.)
  4. Coupon Limitation: Coupon is valid per flight booking and not per person. This offer may be revised or dis-continued without notice.
  5. Coupon Terms: Terms and conditions of this offer are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorized person, including employees of OneTravel. In the event of any violation of these Terms & Conditions, OneTravel reserves all of rights and remedies available to OneTravel including but not limited to charging your credit card for the amount of the Coupon and/or all other remedies available to OneTravel. OneTravel, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel Coupons with a fourteen (14) day notice.
ONETRAVEL MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO COUPONS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EXCEPTIONAL EVENT A COUPON IS NOT FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND THE SOLE LIABILITY OF ONETRAVEL SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE NON-FUNCTIONING COUPON.
OneTravel reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited by law.
